LM Studio 0.4.7 hides prompt template

This is a sensible simplification for most users, but it also turns a core formatting knob into a hidden power-user setting. That makes the feature feel like it disappeared even though it is still there.

• –For per-model overrides, the path is My Models > gear icon; the chat sidebar only surfaces the box when a model lacks template metadata.
