SpeakoFlow launches local screen-aware voice assistant
SpeakoFlow is an open-source, MIT-licensed desktop voice assistant available for Windows, macOS, and Linux that enables system-wide voice input and screen-aware AI assistance. Built using Tauri and Rust, SpeakoFlow processes speech-to-text locally using whisper.cpp for complete privacy. Users can dictate directly into any desktop software—including email clients, text editors, chat apps, and terminals—or invoke the "Hey Flow" voice trigger to generate context-aware replies based on content currently displayed on their screen.
