agentskill.sh launches cross-platform skill directory

This is a smart infrastructure play on top of a fast-forming standard: agent skills are turning from scattered markdown hacks into a portable packaging layer for AI coding tools. If that standard sticks, directories like this start to look less like marketplaces and more like package registries for agent behavior.
