Claude Code adds workflows, code reviews

Anthropic is shifting Claude Code from a reactive assistant to a deterministic orchestration engine for complex, multi-agent workflows. The new Workflow tool enables reliable coordination of sub-agents for parallel tasks, while renaming /simplify to /code-review with configurable effort levels indicates a move toward deeper codebase auditing.
