HyperFrames workflow automates end-to-end video production
Cole Medin has released an open-source reference implementation that integrates Claude Code, Archon, and the HyperFrames framework to automate the entire video production lifecycle. The workflow enables AI agents to handle research, scripting, and ElevenLabs voice generation before programmatically rendering polished, synchronized vertical videos using an HTML/GSAP-based engine.
This release marks a significant move toward "agent-native" content creation, where coding agents author standard web tech to generate media rather than wrestling with heavy video editing DSLs. Using HTML and GSAP instead of React components reduces LLM hallucinations, while the integration of Claude Code enables real-time research for grounded scripting. The system features deterministic rendering for frame-accurate output and a modular architecture supporting various TTS engines, providing a blueprint for autonomous social media automation.
