Product Architect drops 31-agent founder stack
Product Architect is an MIT-licensed Claude skill and GitHub project that bundles 31 specialized agents, 20 frameworks, and 12,000+ lines of guidance into a founder-to-IPO operating system. The launch is notable less as a new model and more as a serious open-source attempt to turn prompt engineering into a reusable company-building playbook.
This is basically “company-in-a-repo” for Claude users — part agent framework, part operating manual, part policy library.
- –The real differentiator is scope: it goes far beyond PRDs and coding prompts into compliance, finance, HR, legal, trust and safety, and governance
- –The smart-loading and KDR memory system matter because giant prompt packs usually collapse under their own context-window weight
- –For solo founders and early PMs, this could be a useful scaffolding layer; for experienced operators, it reads more like a checklist and audit framework than magic automation
- –The open-source MIT release makes it forkable for vertical packs like fintech or healthcare, which is probably where the project gets more durable
- –The main risk is maintenance: policy, compliance, salary, and market guidance ages fast, so usefulness will depend on ongoing updates more than raw line count
