Stanford's Hazy Research and Scaling Intelligence Lab released OpenJarvis, an open-source framework for building personal AI agents that run entirely on-device — model, memory, tools, and learning loop included. Their own benchmarks found local models can handle 88.7% of single-turn queries at interactive latency, with no cloud required.
