T3 Code Adds Kiro Provider
T3 Code’s Nov. 3 nightly release adds Kiro as a beta provider, bringing Kiro CLI sessions into T3 Code’s multi-provider workflow. Developers install and authenticate Kiro CLI separately, then enable it from provider settings.
This is a meaningful interoperability win: T3 Code is becoming a unified front end for competing coding agents, while Kiro’s structured, spec-driven workflow gains a broader interface.
- –Kiro’s beta integration lets developers use its agentic coding capabilities alongside Codex, Claude, Cursor, and other providers.
- –Kiro’s emphasis on executable specs, planning, and large-codebase workflows gives T3 Code a more structured alternative to pure prompt-and-edit agents.
- –Setup still depends on a locally installed, authenticated kiro-cli, so the experience is less turnkey than a fully managed provider.
- –The beta label suggests early adopters should expect compatibility gaps as T3 Code and Kiro’s CLI evolve.
