OpenCode Browse Links Agents Across Machines
OpenCode Browse now supports running the coding agent on one machine while controlling a real browser on another over a network such as Tailscale. Its MCP relay connects the agent to browser tabs, existing logins, extensions, screenshots, recordings, and HAR capture.
This is a meaningful infrastructure upgrade for developers who keep compute remote but their authenticated browser local.
- –Enables remote OpenCode servers to automate desktop or laptop browsers without relocating credentials
- –Preserves real browser state, making authenticated workflows far more practical than isolated headless sessions
- –MCP compatibility extends support beyond OpenCode to Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Zed, and other clients
- –Allowlists and human handoffs for login, 2FA, and payments provide important safety boundaries
- –Network exposure becomes the main risk, so Tailscale access controls and strict session scoping are essential
