Claude Code adds Vim visual modes

This is a power-user CLI release: less flashy than a model drop, but meaningful for teams treating Claude Code as daily engineering infrastructure.

• –DISABLE_UPDATES matters for enterprise control because it blocks every update path, including manual claude update.
• –MCP and plugin fixes show Anthropic is hardening Claude Code as an extensible agent platform, not just a chat-in-terminal wrapper.
• –The long tail of OAuth, credential, Remote Control, and keyboard fixes suggests fast iteration is still creating operational churn for serious users.
