Zeron brings local control to coding agents
Zeron is a local-first control layer for Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Grok, Hermes, and Pi. It stores sessions on-device by default, while optional synchronization enables users to monitor or drive agents across devices.
Zeron targets a real weakness in today’s coding-agent workflow: fragmented, hard-to-resume terminal sessions. Its local-first design is compelling, though multi-device sync introduces the security and reliability concerns that local storage avoids.
- –Supports multiple coding-agent runtimes through one control layer
- –Local sessions require no account, network connection, or mandatory cloud storage
- –Optional sync enables remote monitoring and always-on agents through a VPS
- –A persistent daemon makes agent sessions easier to resume across reboots
- –The repository currently presents the project as Zeron, suggesting an ongoing rename or rebrand
