Because generative AI makes content creation practically free, the cost and fatigue of reading for human team members increases dramatically. Sending raw AI text signals to a colleague that their time is less valuable than the sender's, undermining trust and collaboration. For AI tools to remain useful, they must augment human thought rather than substitute for it, making labeling and personal annotation essential.
