lnav unifies logs, enables SQL queries

lnav (The Logfile Navigator) is a command-line tool that detects common log formats, merges multiple files into a chronological view, and lets developers query logs with embedded SQLite. Its terminal interface adds color highlighting, regex filtering, histogram views, and on-the-fly JSON/XML pretty-printing.
