Plannotator 0.19.14 adds visual review tools

This is a solid product-direction release: Plannotator is turning agent planning into something you can actually inspect, annotate, and trust.

• –`--render-html` preserves layout and interactivity, which matters if plans include diagrams, mockups, or other structured visual output
• –`file.ts:10-20` references with hover previews reduce ambiguity and make code-linked plans easier to review without context switching
• –The new hooks and PFM reminder system make planning more consistent across sessions, but they also add another layer of prompt/config complexity
• –The visual explainer skill is the most interesting piece here: it gives the planner a better native format for technical communication, not just text
