Anthropic tightens Claude Code peak-hour limits

This looks less like a feature change than a capacity-management lever: the quota stayed the same on paper, but the hour you work now matters more. For anyone using Claude Code as a day-to-day terminal agent, that makes the product feel less predictable and more schedule-aware.

• –Peak hours are weekdays from 5am-11am PT, so the hit lands exactly when many developers are actively working
