Hermes gains /listen for idea mining
A new Hermes skill reads Claude Code and Codex session transcripts, then extracts valuable content ideas users might otherwise miss. It uses a very cheap model to prioritize speed and low operating costs.
The clever insight is that coding-agent transcripts are an untapped content archive, and lightweight extraction makes mining them practical.

- –Supports Claude Code and Codex, making it useful across multi-agent workflows
- –Cheap-model routing keeps recurring transcript analysis affordable
- –Speed matters more than perfect summarization for high-volume idea discovery
