OpenReview Keeps ICML Rebuttals Editable
Yes. For ICML 2026, authors can keep editing rebuttal responses in OpenReview until the author-response deadline, and reviewers only see them after the period closes. You cannot upload a revised manuscript during that window, so the rebuttal is for clarification, not paper rewrites.
