NVIDIA unveils Vera Rubin rack-scale AI platform
NVIDIA’s Vera Rubin platform is a rack-scale AI infrastructure launch built from tightly codesigned CPU, GPU, networking, security, and interconnect components. NVIDIA says it is aimed at agentic AI, long-context reasoning, and MoE inference, with claims of lower token costs and fewer GPUs than Blackwell.
This is NVIDIA saying the product is the whole rack, not just the chip. The platform play is the real moat: compute, networking, storage, security, and interconnect are optimized together for agentic workloads, and the economics matter because lower token cost is what will drive enterprise and cloud adoption.
