Cloudflare Lets Agents Open Accounts, Deploy

Cloudflare says coding agents can now provision Cloudflare directly: create accounts, start paid subscriptions, register domains, and receive API tokens without a human going through the dashboard. The flow is built with Stripe Projects and still keeps a human in the loop for approval and terms.
