Gemma 4 dense tops Qwen 3.6 in local MySQL benchmark
A developer testing Qwen 3.6 and Gemma 4 models on complex MySQL query generation found that only the Gemma 4 31B Dense model produced a working query. Both MoE and Dense variants were tested using Q4_K_M quants with thinking mode enabled, but Gemma 4 proved considerably faster and more accurate than Qwen.
