NVKE v0.23.1 Tightens Tenant Kubeconfig Parsing
NVKE v0.23.1 ships a controller fix that parses tenant kubeconfigs with an allowlist, backported to the 0.23 line. The release also records pinned Temporal, Postgres, and SPIRE dependencies for its GPU Kubernetes management plane.
This is a narrow maintenance release, but it targets a high-leverage control-plane boundary in a platform designed to provision isolated Kubernetes clusters on NVIDIA bare metal.
- –The sole code change tightens tenant kubeconfig parsing through an explicit allowlist.
- –Dependency digests cover Temporal, PostgreSQL, SPIRE, and related bootstrap components, improving deployment reproducibility.
- –NVKE manages cluster creation, scaling, upgrades, node replacement, identity, and encryption across GPU infrastructure. [NVKE documentation](https://docs.nvidia.com/nvke/documentation/overview/what-is-nvke)
- –Operators should still treat v0.23.1 as preview software; NVIDIA does not recommend production workloads, and API authentication must be configured before exposing the service. [Preview limitations](https://docs.nvidia.com/nvke/documentation/overview/preview-status-and-known-limitations)
- –An independent review confirmed the repository builds and tests cleanly, but did not validate full cluster provisioning. [Review](https://mrkeyoor.com/repos/nvke/)
