Claude limit bump fuels weekly-cap doubts

This looks less like a stealth nerf than a capacity tradeoff, but the distrust is predictable because Anthropic still leaves the real ceiling fuzzy. Bigger session limits help normal workflows; they do not automatically solve power-user frustration.
