Hermes Agent Adds Per-Task Model Routing

This is a meaningful step toward practical multi-model orchestration: Hermes can now match cheap, fast, deep, local, or specialized profiles to the work at hand.

• –Model routes support per-task choices such as fast, deep, and local, with configurable providers, models, reasoning effort, and speed tiers
• –Profile routes reuse existing Hermes profiles, including their credentials, skills, and SOUL.md instructions
• –Only route names and descriptions reach the model, keeping raw endpoints and API credentials out of tool parameters
• –Configuration changes apply to new sessions, while `/delegation` enables session-level backend switching
• –The feature adds routing control without moving subagent lifecycle management out of Hermes core
