LM Studio remains too complex

The thread shows the local LLM gap is still UX, not capability. There are plenty of powerful tools, but very few feel like appliance software for a receptionist or property manager.

• –Privacy and offline use are must-haves here, so cloud copilots are off the table from the start.
• –The real workflow is mundane but valuable: translate leases, diff agreements, and summarize document changes without sending data out.
• –Even the friendlier local-AI apps still ask users to think about models, hardware, or connectors, which is friction for non-technical teams.
• –Jan, Msty AI, and custom wrappers point in the right direction, but the market still lacks a true "Office-simple" winner.
