T3 Code Adds /btw, Side Chats
T3 Code now supports ephemeral /btw questions and side chats that preserve the active thread’s context without interrupting or polluting the main run. The feature works across models and coding-agent harnesses.
T3 Code is becoming a coordination layer for coding agents, and this is a deceptively important UX upgrade for long-running sessions.
- –Side chats let developers investigate errors, tradeoffs, or implementation choices while the main agent keeps working.
- –/btw and side-chat semantics address context pollution, a persistent weakness in agentic coding workflows.
- –Model- and harness-agnostic support makes the feature more valuable than a provider-specific shortcut.
- –The update strengthens T3 Code’s open-source control-plane positioning across Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, OpenCode, and other agents.
