Apple Support App Leaks CLAUDE.md Files

This is more a workflow tell than a serious breach. Apple didn’t leak customer data, but it did leak internal AI-coding conventions, and that’s enough to show how normalized Claude Code-style tooling has become.

• –Even without source code, these files can reveal build commands, repo structure, and engineering conventions
• –The incident looks like accidental release hygiene failure, not a product feature or security exploit
• –It’s a useful reminder that internal AI prompts and project manifests can become public through routine app packaging mistakes
• –For AI devs, the interesting part is not the leak itself, but that a mainstream Apple app apparently shipped with Claude Code artifacts in the bundle
