One Roof launches multi-agent control room
One Roof is a free, MIT-licensed macOS app that runs Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, Kimi, and Antigravity in real terminals. It centralizes agent questions in an Inbox, summarizes overnight work, and keeps developers in control of permissions and execution.
One Roof targets the real bottleneck in multi-agent development: human attention. Its strongest idea is an operating layer that coordinates existing agent CLIs without replacing them.
- –A provider-neutral workspace lets developers combine agents and subscriptions in one workflow.
- –Inbox and Home turn scattered prompts, failures, and overnight runs into an actionable queue.
- –Real terminals preserve an escape hatch and reduce dependence on proprietary agent SDKs.
- –Manual permissions, resource limits, and isolated loop workspaces add useful guardrails for unattended work.
- –Apple-silicon-only support and draft Evals currently limit its reach beyond Mac-based power users.
